What are your office hours?    

Our office is open

M-F 8:30am – 5:00pm

Saturdays we are closed

Sundays we are closed

How do I schedule an appointment to view an apartment?       

You can schedule an appointment by calling us at (805) 986-2906, or you are always welcome to drop by during office hours. View the contact page for directions.

Do you have a pool or hot tub?

Yes, we have both a pool and hot tub.  In the pool area we also have well maintained showers and restrooms for your convenience.

What is your pet policy?

We are a pet friendly community.

All pets must be approved by management and all pet owners must sign a Pet Agreement. The weight limit for dogs is 25lbs full grown and breed restrictions do apply. There is a pet deposit required. Inquire with management for details.

Do you have a fitness center on-site?

Yes, we do have a fitness center on-site.

Do you have on-site laundry rooms? 

Yes, we have 3 newly renovated laundry facilities spread throughout the complex.  They are open 24 hours a day to residents and are accessible by key.
